About the Founder
My journey began with BSc degrees in Applied Biology and Biomedical Science, which shaped the way I analyse complex systems and solve problems. That scientific mindset evolved into a career leading transformation programmes across financial services, insurance, government, telecoms, healthcare, and global enterprises.

With an MBA, ISEB Business Analysis certification, Prince2 qualification, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I've spent my career helping organisations rethink, redesign, and modernise the way they operate.
